Hi
I have had my homemade volumio packed away for a while and found it again in my office.
the version is 1.55 and there is a hifiberry and atxRaspi power button setup, it still works great!
Using it with my horns (DT770 Pro) - but the Gui volume control do not work anymore.
I guess its been a while since v1.55 and my question is; if i upgrade will i loose any of my configuration w/atxraspi and will i regain my volume controll ?

Unfortunately I cannot answer your question.
But, I have still lots of troubles to get the ATXraspi board going. I can only make the systen boot up but no proper shutdown.
So, If you are going to make a wohle new software setup I woluld really appreciate it, if you could write down some notes.

Hi i just installed volumio 2.389 R Mon Mar 26 20:20:16 2018 and also installed the shutdownscript succesfully. And now the GUI volume works again, sweet new GUI & faster - Great work volumio
i tried 2 times the first time i could not get the shutdownscript to work, because i tried the python option first and then when that failed i tried the .sh
re-formated and installed to start fresh, just did the following:
$ sudo wget raw.githubusercontent.com/LowPo … cksetup.sh
$ sudo bash shutdownchecksetup.sh----> do not choose the python option.
$ sudo rm shutdownchecksetup.sh
$ sudo reboot
after this if you write “top” in cli you will see the “shutdown.sh” running, if its in that list it works.
