I am using the Premium, but i get some serious problems.
First of all i am completely unable to use cast and sonos devices and today, after upgrading to the latest release i cannot choose the “play here” option to play music from my laptop or my mobile.
What to do to have all the features of the Premium account ?
Seems your no longer logged in to myVolumio. Log out, reboot and log in again.
No way… i logged again but all is like before… no cast, no sonos and no “play here” option.
Pressing Riproduci qui do not nothing
- go to myvolumio, delete your device.
- Reboot your device
- login again.
The screenshot implicates your device is not properly logged in.
If this doesn’t solve the issue you need to raise a support ticket. As premium user your entitled to 1st line support from Volumio.
What you mean? Which device i must delete? Actually i have volumio installed on a rpi3b+. From the raspberry i can listen music only if i choose myvolumio as player. You mean i must delete this player? And then reboot the Raspberry?

If you access your device, you are able to login to Qobuz or Tildal?
Yes, i have Tidal enabled and working…
That means you’re properly logged in. Play here and casting should be available. Please use the link to request support from Volumio, As Community I can’t support this error. Sorry.
