There is no Volumio skill on Alexa

Hello, There is no Volumio skill on Alexa. I’m in Argentina, on their website they say it’s very easy to install, but I can’t find it…
Is this my problem or is it not possible to install it?

Here Volumio Alexa Skill - Find out more - Volumio they report the existence of the Volumio Skill for Alexa. I tried to use a VPN in case it was restricted in my country and there is no way, it does not find it.
I bought an Alexa device to use with Volumio, I can’t do it, and I don’t have an answer. I have a few days to be able to return the product, I need to know if it works or not.

I finally managed to download the Volumio skill. It didn’t let me do it from the app, so I did it from amazon.com.
Now it tells me that Volumio is not responding… what am I doing wrong?
