I have a Volumio Rivo Plus. When I use the super search it takes about 20 seconds and no results whatever I search. Additionally after the search my music library is empty and I have to restart the Volumio Rivo Plus. I use an external SSD over the USB 3.0 input with about 400gb music files. Is the problem known?
Can you clarify what is that you are seeking help for? Since you are owner of Volumio Rivo Plus - you have already created support ticket and the outcome is not satisfactory?
Can you paste the ticket number that @DED can assess please?
I currently have the Rivo+ and get the same results. However, if you had a music service such as Tidal or Qobuz super search works fine except local music is not included in the results. I had the same issue on the Primo. I created a ticket last year and just recently cancelled it.
