Still remain as "Free Plan" after subscribe Virtuoso

I have subscribed to Virtuoso Plan with payment made using my PayPal account. Received payment confirmation email from Paddle and also from PayPal.

However, when I logged in to my account at myvolumio.org, the plan still remaind as “FREE” !

Yes, confirmed this matter is solved. Able to get Virtuoso Plan.

I suspect there may be some issue with the connection using Microsoft Edge browser. I used Google Chrome browser and everything completed successfully. Already replied with details by email.
