RPi Zero and 7/11 image - won't show on WiFi and no HotSpot created after 1st boot

I have downloaded the latest image (July 11, 2022) for Raspberry Pi and managed to successfully boot my RPi Zero (original, circa 2017 model). Went through the setup using the HotSpot, entered my WiFi SSID and password, and rebooted once. Everything worked. Did a proper shutdown (not even sure if that is important or not).
Next day, trying to reboot my RPi Zero… Volumio app (on Samsung S10e phone) won’t find it, my eero app does not see it on the WiFi, and no HotSpot. Tried rebooting twice!

Help please…

Update:
Tried an older image - 3.198 from Jan. 2022, and it seems to work!
So, looks like something broke between 3.198 and 3.324 with Pi Zero.
