raspi check ssh login fail

newbie …so apologize if i missed something obvious

wanted to monitor rpi 3 performance so trying to use android app raspi check

please see screen shot of error attached

apparently a tool vcgencmd is missing or not in the proper directory ??

i made no changes after flashing the sdcard

yep…got to that page and clicked on enable but still no luck

i tried enable ssh from my tablet …as well as my macbook

tried recycling the pi …but does not seem to accept the enable request

To activate ssh on Volumio I create a file SSH in boot folder.
