What is the resolution of the monitor? If 1920x1080 and it’s a Chinese monitor, you’ll need to add an entry to userconfig.txt

First try adding:
disable_overscan=1

If it doesn’t help, we’ll add another entry.

hdmi_cvt 1920 1080 60 3 0 0 0
hdmi_drive=1

First of all, update Volumio to version 3 (as above).

My monitor is from ViewSonic which is Taiwan/US brand. The resolution is 1920x1080.
May I know where is the userconfig.txt located?

As I used the V2.9 plugins (GPIO-Buttons, Audiophonics ON/OFF, IR Remote Controller) which are not available on V3, I don’t want to upgrade to V3 at this moment.
I will try your suggestion later today, hope it can help! :pray:

Once again, I want to say you (dev/users of the plugin) have done an amazing work!
So many nice skins!
Really, well done!
And once again, a call… Please migrate the plugin to Volumio 3! It would be great to have it provides in the store.
Some tips (non exhaustive)

  • change category to user_interface
  • adapt package.json
  • remove all mpd modification in install.sh
  • use AAMPP
  • use a shared folder in /Internal/peppypluging (or whatever you want) to place skins. No need to SSH for users!:hugs:

    If everything is respected, all sources will work!

Hi, I can’t find solution of my problem.
Hardware:
Raspberry pi 4b with volumio 3.324
Waveshare 5inch Capacitive Touch Display For Raspberry Pi, 800×480, DSI Interface
Nas Synology with music collection (NFS sharing).
But PeppyMeter don’t show me cover’s.

On all skin? Or on a specific one?
Some skins only have indicators, don’t show the cover

Оn all skins after setup. I didn’t install any additional.

Then install one of mine. They all display the cover.
(Click on my Avatar and download)
There must be a cover in the music folder, e.g. a folder.jpg
There must be an entry in the meters.txt file (example):
albumart.pos = 8,11
albumart.dimension = 300,300
If missing, there will be no cover

Hi! I installed Volumio latest test version 3.342 today. Pretty happy to say that you don´t need to uninstall Peppymeter screensaver to do it. Nice new menu too…

You never had to uninstall :). It was enough to turn it off :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
