Problem mounting a share

Following the last update to version 2.522 an old share I am using from a Verbatim NAS has become unmountable.
Every time I try to mount it I get a message indicating the “host is down”.
That is strange since I get the address through the available shares in my network provided by Volumio. The share is there and the username/password are correct (tested many times).

What can I do? Rebooting of both Volumio and NAS seems to not be enough!

This might be a SMB issue; have a look at this thread windows-shared-drive-not-working-here-why-t7395.html

the above link is correct for windows 10, but you may have to use “vers=1.0” for your nas as it is likely to host an older smb server version.
