Pro-ject Stream box S2 Ultra Factory Reset

Hi, has anyone experience with factory reset of Pro-ject Stream Box S2 Ultra?
I somehow disconnected the streamer from LAN network and I am not able to provide the factory reset and connect it again. The unit does not connect to network, the app can not find it. Communication with Pro-ject is very difficult, rather none from their part. I will grateful for any advice. Thanks
