Primo V.1, crashed after trying the Plugin “FusionDSP”

I have the Primo V.1. it has a fiew days i tried the Plugin “FusionDSP” and i crashed totaly. My Primo is now damadged. By Google i saw that the Pluging is no longer valid to Primo V.1. I saw it too late. Bad.
What can i do?

You have to reset it to factory settings and do the set up to your account again.
Had it too…

i Arrived
Marco sent me the V 3.192. My Primo ist still running again.
