Using Volumio v4.119 with Raspberry Pi 5. Images are from wide-screen (17") laptop but similar problems occur on iPad 9 but in the rightmost–not leftmost column of large icons. It does not matter how many icons are displayed, the first column is always of this appearance when up activate the pop-up menu via the three vertical dots:
