Rotary encoder to control Volume, Play/pause and shutdown (RPI 5 + AMP100)

Hello. I have an RPI 4 + AMP100 (Hifiberry), and I’d like to use a rotary encoder to control volume, play/pause, shutdown or reboot. Here what I did on software and hardware : [Capture d’écran 2022-12-10 à 15.36.25] But it doesn’t do anything at all… Am I connecting the cables the wrong way? Thank you
