Hello, First of all I am extremely pleased with Volumio and its operation on a Raspberry Pi 4 using a MiniDsp 2 x 4HD as DAC.
I have had issues with stored playlists not working but waited for the latest updates to see if the issue has been resolved.
There are three different playlists stored (i.e. demo) but when a track is selected on any of them playback jumps to a completely different album and track. I have tried to enter a new playlist but the same problem occurs. No difference whether saving local tracks or Tidal tracks, still random jump to a different album and track.
What happens is when you add an album (not from Music Library) to the playlist, Volumio only adds a single item instead of all tracks of the album. When you play that item from the playlist, Volumio also adds the tracks of other albums in the playlist to the queue, but plays the item in the queue at the position you selected in the playlist, regardless of tracks that might have been added from other albums. You can verify this by adding two albums to a new playlist and play the second one. The actual track played will always be the second track of the first album.
To work around this, add the albums to the queue first, then save the entire queue to playlist.
