No access , no wlan, but is working in network

hi, cannot log in to my volumio 1, no wlan is created,
no access to platform, all tried

but volumio is working, can detect in network, green lights at network cable.

but how can i get in ?????

firm reset tried but not succsesful

do you mean Primo v1?

do you have Youtube2 and/or Youtube Music plugin installed?
