Just update to Buster beta with Tidal Connect support !
A lot of headache making Alsa work again with peppyalsa to support all the services: AirPlay, MPD etc . and also the IR control made me a lot of problems. but hey, that all the fun with those projects, isn’t it?. Now everything is working perfectly.
thanks to Volumio developers team for Tidal connect , its really cool.

just found your beautiful first project. Although it is about 4 years old, you probably still have your customized 20x4 LCD-plugin. I am looking exactly for that solution but am not capable of doing it myself.

I didn’t make a new plugin from it I just used the code of it and made some modification.
You can take it from the git . If you have knowledge with python , It is very easy
