Hi,
I enjoy listening to stereo music with raspberry Pi and a DAC connected via I2S.
I really like the improvment in sound with this setup and I guess the most of it comes from implementation of I2S instead of going USB or SPDIF.
So now I come to the point where I would like to listen to multichannel audio. DVD audio in superb quality and I would like to go the raspPi or lets say “computerboard” -> I2S -> DAC way. Is there a way to realize this?
Maybe attaching more than one DAC to the board or splitting the signal into different streams and send it to multiple boards?
What would be the the best way to go here? Is there a better place to ask such a question.
