Your message does not contain enough information for anyone to investigate. “Nothing happens, no sound” with no further detail - no Volumio version, no log link, no description of what you have tried - gives nobody anything to work with.
That said, the RIVO is a Volumio commercial product. As a RIVO owner you can raise a free support ticket directly with the Volumio team here:
