I just received a new Rivo, followed quick start instructions, but the indicator light remains red. Not sure if there is something I’m overlooking. If anyone has any insight please let me know.
Don’t have a Rivo (unfortunately), but another new owner posted on the Rivo first impressions thread that they had the same issue until they pressed the big orange button on the front and it started up.
Yeah, just press the orange button and it will start
Ha, it seems like I don’t have a keen sense of the obvious. I overlooked the part in the manual that identifies the orange square as a button. I have another streamer that is always “on” so somehow I was thinking the Rivo would be the same. Thanks!
