thanks for the clarification. if the problem is with SPDIF and I2S connection, it is even more clear that the problem is on the DAC side, the sample-rate transition is not handled well.
SPDIF and I2S are pure audio signal transmission, and they have been implemented according to the specifications. There is no way to send “re-initialization” commands as Gemini claims, because there is no way to send commands via SPDIF or I2S. This is pure hallucination.
The only possible solution is to contact the DAC manufacturer, explaining the issue and asking for a FW update for your DAC.
I will get back to this reply later. Meanwhile Denafrips is asking for the pin out diagram for the Rivo+ I know it has six options. I am using Denafrips. But that doesn’t tell me what the exact pin out is. Could you provide de pin out diagrams for all six options on the Rivo+
