I am Vladimirand I use volumio x86 on an old netbook connected to a SMSL M8A dac via USB. Since I updated to a volumio version 2.502 i am having problem with an usb conection. When i play something from a volumio looks like a signal goes into dac (the display lits up) and volumio is playing the tracks but nothing comes out to a amp. I tryed to play things from a windows and it works so it is not a dac problem. Any sugestions?
For 2.502 the same kernel was used as for the older version, no changes were made re. USB.
To eliminate USB Audio issues due to the old Debian kernel, you could try this dev version which is based on a mainline version.
