I think that you are discussing an on-screen keyboard actions installed with the Touch Display plugin. There is a dedicated thread here:

I have rewritten and extended the touch display plugin. The following features have been added to the plugin’s configuration page: Screen saver The options allow setting the timeout in seconds until the screen saver (DPMS state “off”) gets invoked.
