Failed to decode CURL failed

As yet I haven’t been able to mount my Synology NAS but have been able to access the NAS via the browse server tab and play albums / songs.

After approximately one album volumio fails to play and I get the following error message.

How can I take steps to remedy this issue?

Is it just that one file? Some more detail would be good here.

Is there any particular reason that you can’t mount your NAS?

Sorry, it was getting late.

No, all files - I can’t get any of the files in the NAS to play, the only work around is to reinstall volumio.

I have tried to mount the Synology NAS, i seem to be getting some permission issue and the NAS won’t mount. Due to work commitments, I don’t have time to address this for a couple of weeks.

I was just using the ‘browse server’ method to play with volumio and my new speakers.

This is weird.

Does Volumio cache the file structure and names?

It seems the reason is that it cant find the file name at this location - When I explore the file systems (Browse>Media servers>Music>By album or By file) it seems to hold files that I have since renamed or changed the metadata tags.

Although I can see a progress bar on the top, scanning the music file, it seems to comeback with old folder names and structure, even on a clean install.
