Running Rbpi3b, Hifiberry Digi+Pro, Telema 5v2.5a LPS through the Digi+Pro, Latest MyVolumio and Volumio
External USB DACs either don’t appear at all during initial boot, appear then disappear from Output Devices, or they don’t appear at all.
If it the Topping D50 does appear in output devices and allows selection it won’t output sound and crashes after trying to navigate to library and playing a track.
If it doesn’t crash and allows selection and playback the audio is crackling
I also tried with the Raspberry Pi power supply with the same results
When both DAC’s are plugged into USB they appear in output devices and play normally.
When I remove the Digi+ everything plays normally.
I measured voltage out of the LPS and its reading 5.1v then across Pin3 (5v) and Pin 6 (GND) on both the Digi and the Pi and its reading 5.1v. The RED led also stays completely lit. So I don’t think it’s underpowered.
