DAC gives no audio after v2.389

I’m running a standard Raspberry Pi 3B with HiFiBerry DAC Pro + setup which works fine with Volumio v2.389.

Later versions of Volumio (v2.452) detect the DAC (?) but give no volume out.
Playback controls work, but no audio…

Suggestions?

volumio v2.457-2018-09-17 update appears to have solved my problem and is working AOK.
