  1. If you have sync issues, try reducing the number of bars and the frame rate, if the synchronisation improves it might be that the processor is struggling to keep up.

  2. I don’t know anything about shairpoint_sync, but maybe it is currently configured to use your soundcard directly and needs to be configured to use the softvolume output instead. See
