Can i See Volumio on my laptop or PC

Hi Guys
Can you Help about My Raspberry Pi4 with Volumio, can i play my music from Laptop or PC , can i See Volumio on my PC or Laptop thru my Network or WIFI, Must i install Windows Medio Player to see Volumio ??? i send you picture what i mean
