Volumio and Allo Boss would be my fourth attempt at streaming music from my PC to my hifi. Should have done this from the get go.
Working out pretty good, took 4 weeks to rip my CD collection to FLAC, but now it’s finally done.
What I like about Volumio is that it’s simple and ‘attractive’ enough for my wife to use, mostly because I don’t want her touching my CDs 
She thinks putting them back in the sleeves is optional.
